Questions, feedback and concerns

A clear route.
A considered response.

Ask about a teaching decision, explain a concern or tell us when something needs attention.

Write to the Academy

Email academy@auryzen.com. Briefly describe the concern, what happened and the response you are seeking. Share only what is needed; we can agree how to provide relevant records securely.

Mosman Ismahil, Founder and Principal Tutor, is the current person responsible for handling educational concerns. Questions about personal data can use the same address with the subject “Privacy request”.

What happens next?

We acknowledge a non-urgent complaint within two business days. We then provide a reasoned response or a dated update within ten business days. An update will explain what still needs checking and when you can expect to hear from us again.

We consider the task, your concern, relevant work and the support involved. We may ask for clarification, explain a decision, correct an error or adapt a next step. Raising a question will not be treated as a reason to humiliate or penalise a learner.

If the concern is about the Founder’s own decision

For a serious complaint about the Founder’s decision, we offer case-specific external review by a suitably competent person uninvolved in the dispute. The remit, confidentiality and practical arrangements must be agreed.

No standing external reviewer is appointed. Until an appropriate person accepts the review, we will explain that limitation and will not describe the matter as independently reviewed or resolved. Protective or corrective steps that do not depend on the disputed conclusion can still be taken.

Privacy and immediate concerns

Complaint records are handled as restricted service records, with access limited to those who need the information for the response or an agreed review. They are not mailing-list or promotional material. See the Privacy Notice.

If there is an immediate safety concern, seek urgent local assistance rather than waiting for an email response. Tell Mr Mosman promptly about a concern affecting participation in a lesson.
