Privacy notice

Review version 2.0 · Updated 2 November 2026 · Email sign-up is not open

Share only what is needed for an enquiry. Academy email updates will be optional and require a separate sign-up and email confirmation. Downloading a guide, enquiring or receiving tuition will not subscribe you.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Auryzen Pte Ltd, the organisation responsible for personal data handled through Auryzen Academy. This notice covers the public Academy website, initial enquiries, questions and complaints, and the planned Academy email updates. Student enrolment, assessment and learning records have separate purposes and may require additional notices and arrangements.

Enquiries, questions and concerns

If you email or WhatsApp us, we receive your message, contact details, attachments and profile information made available by that service, such as a name, telephone number or email address. We use relevant information to respond, discuss learning needs and suitability, explain arrangements and fees, handle a concern or privacy request, and arrange a next step you request. We may also need to meet a legal obligation.

Your child’s level, broad neighbourhood and a brief learning concern are enough for a first enquiry. Parents or guardians should handle enquiries about a child. Please leave out your child’s name, full home address, school reports, assessment scripts, identity documents and health information at this stage. If work is needed, we will agree an appropriate way to share it.

Questions and complaints are kept as service records with appropriate access controls. An enquiry or complaint does not sign you up for marketing. We do not sell enquiry or subscriber information.

Optional Academy email updates

Email updates status: email sign-up is not open. No subscription details are collected by this website. The following describes the planned service, which will start only after provider setup, privacy checks and review.

When available, parents, guardians and interested adults can choose occasional English learning tips, parent resources and Academy news and offers. The hosted sign-up will ask for your own email address, with an optional preferred name. Any optional topic preferences will be explained on the form. Do not supply children’s identifying information or schoolwork.

We will record the sign-up source, the consent wording and notice version, submission and confirmation information, subscription status and any withdrawal. The provider may also record technical information needed for verification, security and delivery, such as IP address and request details.

The consent choice will be unchecked. After submission, a confirmation email will ask you to verify your subscription. Unconfirmed sign-ups will not receive campaigns. Choosing not to join, or unsubscribing later, will not affect tuition or free resources. Existing clients, enquirers, guide users and parents who permit testimonials will not be added automatically.

We use the subscription information to provide and administer the updates you choose, including delivery, consent verification, replies, unsubscribe, complaints and failed deliveries. We do not use student results or tuition records to create mailing-list profiles. We do not use this email permission for WhatsApp or SMS marketing.

Who handles information

Academy personnel who need information for the stated purpose may handle it. Email, messaging, hosting and approved storage providers process information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law.

The planned email platform is Brevo, for its hosted sign-up, confirmation, email delivery and subscription controls. Setup and verification must be completed before sign-up opens. Information provided to that service is subject to its service arrangements and privacy information in a new tab. These arrangements must be assessed alongside our responsibilities; a provider notice does not replace this notice.

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp/Meta. Email passes through the providers involved in sending and receiving it. Providers may process information outside Singapore. Before introducing a new overseas processing arrangement, we assess the applicable safeguards and protection requirements.

Website technology and email measurement

This Academy website has no working submission form, account registration, advertising pixels, embedded chat widget or website analytics. Disabled sign-up fields show the proposed design only. We do not save enquiry or subscription details in browser storage.

Delivery and security services may process IP address, browser details, requested page and time. WhatsApp and email links do not send a message automatically. A future hosted sign-up link will open the email provider’s service, where its security and cookie arrangements apply.

The planned email service will use delivery, failure and unsubscribe information to administer the list. Individual open and click tracking is not part of this launch plan; settings must be verified before collection and sending. Any later additional measurement will be explained before it is introduced.

Keeping and protecting information

We limit access and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and purpose. Personal information is not placed in public website assets. Complaint and learner records are kept separately from mailing-list operations.

We retain enquiry and complaint information while needed for the service and related legitimate business or legal requirements. When the purposes no longer apply, we delete or anonymise it. If you become a client, relevant information may form part of the service record.

For the planned email list, unconfirmed sign-ups will be reviewed and removed from the working list after 30 days. Confirmed subscriptions are kept while needed for the chosen updates, with continued need reviewed at least annually. If you unsubscribe, we stop marketing to that address and keep only the minimum suppression and consent evidence needed to honour the withdrawal and address justified requirements. We review that need rather than retaining full profiles indefinitely.

Provider security records, backups and deletion timing depend on the verified service arrangements and applicable obligations. We will explain any relevant limit when handling a request.

Your choices and requests

You can request access or correction, ask about our handling of your data, withdraw consent for a use based on consent, or raise a concern. We may need to verify identity or parental authority and will explain applicable limits or consequences.

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe route. You can also email academy@auryzen.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Withdrawal from marketing does not withdraw permission for necessary lesson or enquiry communication. A fresh subscription after withdrawal requires a new, deliberate confirmation.

If you ask us to delete information, we consider the request and explain any necessary business, legal or suppression record retained. We do not treat a withdrawal request as permission to contact you for new promotional purposes.

Contact us about privacy

Mosman Ismahil is responsible for the Academy’s data protection requests. Email academy@auryzen.com with “Privacy request”. This route covers questions, access or correction, consent withdrawal and complaints. You may also message +65 8015 2025 on WhatsApp in a new tab to ask how to make a request; avoid sensitive details in that initial message.

Student activities and changes

Micro Missions is a separate application. This public Academy website does not retrieve or display its student records. Student participation does not subscribe a parent or learner to marketing. Use the access and privacy information provided for that service.

We update this notice when purposes or practices change. A materially different use will be explained and consent sought where required. The update date above identifies the current notice.

Micro Missions records

This website notice has a separate scope from assigned student practice. See Micro Missions practice, access and privacy guidance for the current service, and ask Mr Mosman for the controlling student-record privacy and retention arrangements before assigned use or any proposed new processing.
